DescriptionMounted interior photograph of the Hauverman's Store, later known as the Banning Merchantile Company located in the Alta Vista Hotel Building on South San Gorgonio Avenue. Cornelius Duane Hauverman eventually owned all interests in the Banning Merchantile Company and later relocated the store to the southwest corner of San Gorgonio and Ramsey Street. Photograph shows three clerks and merchandise.
